Jordan Brown is nonprofit leader with a deep commitment to racial equity and social justice, and has a track record of helping movements, organizations, and leaders create meaningful change. With 10 + years of experience, Jordan continues to build trust-based relationships that drive her work with grassroots organizations, the philanthropic community, individual donors, senior professionals, and community stakeholders. Focused on root causes, structural change, and long-term sustainability, Jordan employs creative approaches to coalition building and strategic partnerships, bridges the gap of philanthropy and grassroots organizing, RFP and grant program design, and proposal development.
Jordan is an experienced nonprofit senior advisor, consultant, trainer, grant writer/editor, donor and community organizer, and activist. Jordan's work expands into the areas of women’s rights, criminal justice reform, immigration, environmental justice, youth development, housing, labor, & voting rights.
At the core of her work will always be the centering of Black women and girls.
